SAFE PLACE, SAFE DROP

When a delivery partner provides delivery to a customer's nominated address and declares that the item has been 'left in a safe place' or similar, the onus is on the customer to locate and safely retrieve the item.  If this delivery is documented by the delivery partner, Soundz Store Australia considers the item to be delivered and the item is therefore in the possession of the customer.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure 'safe place' or equivalent is used as required by that customer.
